This will be my first time in four years without a trip to Montreal, so sad.

I remember back in 2005-2006 when I went to see a Devils at Habs game at the bell center.and I was those little crop of Devils fans, thought it was cool til I was a Ranger jersey.. I was like what the fvck is he doing with a Ranger jersey, til he turned back and I saw what it was written on his back;'' Rangers sucks... Go Devils'' something like that
couldn't that laughing and the fact I think we won the game 3-1 or 3-2 ;P

You have an option, it's called the radio. I turned Eddie and Pierre off after they were trying to tell us how the first goal was a good call.
Was prolly one of the worst calls i've ever seen and I strongly believe it had changed the rythm of the game.
In a way which it cut what ever momemtum the Devils had.
How can you not blow a fvcking play off when the ref behind the net CANNOT EVEN SEE THE fvckING PUCK IT'S RIGHT UNDER BRODEUR PAD, HOW CAN YOU NOT BLOW THE fvckING WHISTLE.

I think we all know the goal of each team is always winning the cup..except when there's even more parity now and winning Cups there and there is harder my friend,
but believe me those teams wouldn't have won the Cup those years, lucky enough to get where they went in my opinion,they were all disapointing loses but atleast Marty as a player took the Devs there whereas any other fvcking goalie with that abysmal D wouldn't have gotten us that far(06-07 year...)

but hey sometimes, there are homers/pessimists/optimists fans and we all deal with it
from my point of view I hated the fact that we lost the first game.. I hate losing to them, I despise everything they represent, from Torts, their players, their Gm, their owner,their obnoxious fans still chanting Potvin sucks and chanting more times Marty than cheering for their own team, thinking they can always snub it out in your face that they can invade your arena and always bragging about FA market/attendance.. so on.
but hey sometimes you gotta face the reality; they lost as a team, they won as a team. Tonight the Devs competed really heard vs the rangers for two entire periods..that 3rd period they looked like the fvcking blue jackets, couldn't get anything on AT all.
and yet there's still me thinking they have a chance.. the Rangers team have been the team that has been hit the most/blocked shots the most and they're overplaying their top 3 D massively. Eventually they'll get tired out of the Devs team cycling through their zone.
Have faith my friend, it's only 0-1 , four more to go, wether it's 0-2,0-3,life still goes on and the team will still compete.

Again Marty is by far the worst goalie that is remaining in the playoffs. We match up better for the rangers than their first two opponents.
I think too many devils fans got a little too overconfident about this series. I hope grandpa in net doesn't cost us this series

to me the best fit for Luongo and his new team would be Tampa bay(Despite their D....) but what would Tampa give in return?
IMO' Vigneault made a statement going with Schneider, if his team failed/advanced towards the next round it'd have consequences on the team as a whole and Luongo of course...

I live in Montreal and still cannot believe people saying the Devils still playing the trap it is just...amazing!
I believe it's simply because the fan base here is so huge so.. most of their fans are just...
