I love Lou but that's bullsh!t. The Devils are a system and Elias an Gio had roles. Had Lou let them open up the offense I'm sure they'd both put up way more goals (1999/2000 season).

Because let's be honest, it's gonna be way to hard to convince a top UFA to choose New Jersey. I think Lou will try, unsccessfully, to sign a goal scorer. And our best aquisitions this off season will be in trade.

And like I said earlier, the big name players will want to stay away from the team, and more and more of our players will want to sign somewhere else when their conracts are up (Ralfi/Gomez) or ask to be traded.

Maybe they should have a "ladies drink free" night. Or if Marty gets a shut out everyone gets a draft. The Fire and Ice lounges should definately be doing someting like that. Or start doing things like every time a Devil gets a Hat Trick everyone get's a T shirt or a poster or something.
