The meeting is over(didn't last to long) so here's what happened according to my source, Martin and Lou sat down to try and get a deal done for Oli Jokinen and Lou offered Florida Zajac, Greene and our first and third round picks this year for Jokinen and Florida's third round pick next year. Martin then said something along the lines of here is the deal that it will take to get Jokinen, Martin wanted Zajac, Vrana, Corrente, and this years first round pick along with next years second round pick in exchange for Jokinen, and e David Booth. Lou quickly rejected and had some choice words for Martin and left the room.

Yes I do, he said that the deal is still on the table and it is Jacques Martin's hands. Martin wants Andy Greene and next years first round pick added to the deal and it will be done. However I am told that the most Lou will give up is either Greene or next years first round pick. He said that if he had to give me a percentage of the deal getting done it is at about 40-50 percent. Lastly, he told me that Lou has arranged a meeting with Martin for 2:00 pm. He said if a deal were to be agreed on it would be done so in the meeting. If by the end of the meeting there is no agreement the deal is dead.

I just talked to my source and he said that Lou has indeed offered our first round pick, Travis Zajac, and a prospect(he didn't no which one) in exchange for Jokinen, and an undisclosed draft pick. I am going to talk to my source within the hour to get the latest.

Dont know where to post this so I guess I will just post it here. I get my haircut all of the Devils go with exception of Marty(he goes into NYC) and I was asking my barber if he heard anything about Pandolfo, and he said that Jay was in earlier in the week and he told me that by the sound of it there is a very good chance that Jay will be back next year. He said the contract will be around 1-1.5 million per year but he said Jay told him that NJ is his first choice and he hopes to get a deal done before July 1st.
