That Isles/Rags game on Monday is going to be great, they're gonna finish 'em off for good just like that Turgeon game in 93, history repeating itself
if NYI & Montreal win tonight, you could probably make a strong case for it being over already.
little OT here, remember when NBC had the NFL, NBA, MLB playoffs and the occasional NHL game of the week?
now they're showing curling, last week they had arena football....sad
what can you say, the CAA was a mistake, what we needed was a small, cramped 16,000 seat arena that was built UP instead of built OUT. Instead we got the grand canyon.
2 of loudest arena's in NHL history, Miami Arena and Boston Garden, both seated about 14,500. But everything was packed so tight and close to the ice, the noise level was deafening.
they lose the point if we score an empty net goal, so it's too risky. They have 2 games remaining with NYI, 1 with the bruins, 1 with the Habs. I don't think they'll chance it.
that's all I need to hear..............could it be Donald Trump? or did he already own a franchise?
yea but where? hartford? long island? MSG? hey, the philly spectrum is still standing
thanks for the info Lou <_<
we're worth more than 2/3 of the rest of the NHL teams.
of course the Yanks are #1 in baseball, but the Mets are #2 and they're worth 248 million less!!!
hey, goals are goals and for the most part they're exciting. When a 0-0 game goes to 4-3 in the blink of an eye, that's great. It catches my attention.
0-0 and 1-0 games is what's killing hockey, last night's 7 goal period was spectacular.
but I guess boring hockey is fun for you if it's all you've ever known.
that's true, but Marshall is about the same size, has the same skating style and the hands of stone, so that's why I make the comparison.
every player has been tried with Elias or Gomez, or both of them together, this is Marshalls turn through the revolving door.
oh yea, they're hot no doubt, but the skankyness can't be washed away. the implants on the brown haired one look a little ridiculous. I bet they're both porn stars.
Marshall is definitely not a better hitter than Stevenson & McKenzie when they take the body, he's just not strong enough, the guy seems a little scrawny and bounces off of everything he hits. But he does have the skating edge(not very impressive when you consider our plodders) and is a better passer. He's a more talented Jay Pandolfo.
for all we know he could be off the Elias line tomorrow
i agree, no selanne puts the onus on Elias and Gomez, but that's not necessarily a good thing
