Since when does, forcing the puck towards the boards ( angling the opposing player towards the sidelines is taught in every sport not just hockey) have anything to do with clutching and grabbing? A$$hole Foote in Colorado clutches and grabs on every shift, but they have a high powered offense. I don't mind the trap, to me angling your opponent towards out of bounds is smart defense. Holding that player should be a penalty, I think everyone would agree on that.

I didn't like Burns' penchant for swapping line-mates at first, but he is very good at sorting out puzzle pieces. I just think that Langer could spark another line since Madden's line seems to be humming along nicely at this point.

Didn't he play with Elias last year for like one game? Burn's was trying all sort of line combinations at the time. I thought that Gionta was on Madden's line during that time.

We all love Langer on Madden's line, but with Gionta's play on that line, when Langer comes back which line could he improve? I remember he played with Elias, well, he pretty much makes any line better. Any thoughts?

I know there are wildly different views on his play here. I for one thought he should have stayed in the line-up. To me it seems he has a lot of jam, takes a physical approach in the corners. He and Elias seem to click better. Maybe Marshall will be traded? For a second rounder(doubt it)? He has just looked terrible so far. Thoughts?

Nieuwy25, it seems to me, I'm not going so far as to say conspiracy, that the Devils for some reason have some of the biggest problems with game feeds in the whole league. I have had Center Ice with both DirectTv and Comcast, and consistently the Devils, by far, have had the biggest problem. I would call and complain every time and get my two dollars but...
