Funky ending but a great run and lots of coulda-shoulda-woulda. . . shortchanging the Philth and Rags are happy accomplishments in themselves. Refs suck profusely but it's also a team effort. It wasn't what I expected, left alot out and I think in some ways it was a bit of s scam by the writers but overall, it was a character study and that's how it ended but according to Jack, it was his story.

I think UnderDog makes a good point about Desmond being the one to be able to actually do something about the light. Six years later and I still don't know what the hell is going to happen! I think even for a television program, I'll be sad, too. . . really loved the show and got a bit of a quivering lip when Sun and Jin bit the dust. My big question is. . .where is Quincy??!! The dog must have proper closure as well!

It's the last season and I'm still confused with the episodes left down to single digits

This year was a great season and a great finale. Definite good versus evil thing going with Jacob and the man in the black shirt. I thought Jacob would be evil but he seems to be decent.... When Jacob told "Locke", you found your loophole, then I knew but who is the other dude? Is he morphing himself into other people/beings.....I still don't get Richard...is he actually in two places at once, 1977 and the current time, as Locke was when he told Richard to go talk to him by the crashed heroin plane? Thought of you Dew when Frank had his impeccably-clean-shirt-barring-the-right-arm-blood-stain, which was unbuttoned halfway. Edited to add: I definitely think Jack is set to be the grand hero in the big scheme of things. I hate that the show is coming to an end. I wonder if there is a renewed triangle with Kate, Jack and Sawyer now that Juliet is--or seems to be--out of the picture?

Can someone explain Richard to me, in some brief, vague way, if you know how? How does this dude stick around and never physically change? Next week shoudl be a whopper, I am fairly confused already by the last two episodes!

I think dear Devilminder should shut the forum down for one whole day after a season/playoff-ending loss such as last night's. Everyone is pissed but there is some serious dumbass talk in this thread. Everyone needs a day to clam down and try to be rational. Then again, not much has changed in post-game threads..... I didn't get to see the whole game but I was told first goal was a softie. He should have had the tying goal. To say you want to be done with him is just nonsense. Ward must have had a target on his chest that we could not see and a big iron wall around him. They couldn't get an insurance goal and for the last five minutes could not clear the puck out of their end. Marty should have done better and so should the rest of the team. The team would not be the same without Marty. You'd be crying for him to come back if he left. Keep your cells handy and stay away from sharp objects, window sills and rooftops. Vent rationally then regroup and be happy in the fall.

They should have chosen another venue. He's a poor Christian, to say the least.

Dew ol' buddy I thought of you immediately!! This season is good but lots of questions, more than usual....will be interesting how they tie it all together. Hope it doesn't have a half-assed hokey ending when the time comes but I doubt it....
