The Devils are going to win those Down-to-the-wire games this season. Those 2-1, 3-2, and 1-0 wins. Even playing expansion teams like Nashville and Columbus, the Devils can't win by 2 goals, so it'll be a nail bitter season, watching the Devils play the last 5 minutes of the 3rd. The Devils offense will get better. I don't know how people expect this team to come out of a 5 day layoff with everyone working perfectly together. Friesen gets his first tally, Gomez piles up the assists, Brylin Rafalski, and Gionta round out the rest. Yeah, hopefully this offense gels. Its not inconceivable that Stevenson rides pine tonight and Berglund gets some ice time. I still think that we are in need of a center...
