Mitico12
It's defintely a win for the Sharks... I'm sure White would have liked more cash, but waiting is scary proposition... especially if you want to be on a cup contender. More cash? He just got 2/3 of his salary from the Devils for doing nothing, and another $1 million from the Sharks for playing...for a 33 year old that's not bad... Devilsfan118
I feel bad for Whitey having his family back here while he's all the way out on the west coast. That won't be easy. Eh yeah it'll suck, but he's still getting to play the game he loves, and he's getting paid well to do it. So...he'll manage

I ignore the Devs cash as a windfall to White. He got 1mm as a UFA d-man.... that's not good. I think he's far more valuable of a d-man than that, and I'm hoping he signed for a discount to play for the sharks... and not that there wasn't a better deal cash-wise out there. So hopefully he just called it a wash... 2mm from NJ, 1mm from SJ.
