Devils Catch Fire Vinyl Record Question

The Devils Catch Fire Vinyl Record has been on ebay for quite some time now asking for a silly price. I am not interested whatsoever in purchasing this, but I did decide to take a look at the pics today out of pure curiosity. In the picture of the back of the sleeve, I see the musicians who performed it. Looking closely at the list of backup singers, I see a few names that sound familiar.

My question is that who I think it is as the first name listed on the backup singers? I know he worked for the Devils in the 80's in various positions and I think at one point he was head of the Devils PR department. Can anyone verify this?

Wow, at the Vault Sale they sold these for $1 LOL. Or was it 2/$1? Either way, it makes me feel wayyyy to old that i can remember this song during radio broadcasts.
