It looks stupid - it looks like stupid non-union actors reacting to nothing. Real hockey fans don't act all manly when they jump around - they act like little girls they squeal and jump straight up an down and hug - not bear hugs and wrestling tackles but girly jumping and hugging and shrieking that's what makes you guys so cute. These guys look like fat smelly over-amped muscle heads who I'd have no desire to hang out with. I hope he can impress me but I feel like this team does need to see SOMETHING from him Ive never really been impressed by JJ at all... All i kept on hearing is how smart and everything he was, hes still young and ahead of his time but he never really showed anything yet. I thought they were going to think too hard about being good what tgey might be doing to be good and how to keep doing it. You can say they look flat -- but to me when this team looks flat they're over thinking and getting not quite cautious - sort of modest... I dont know what you'd call it. But it looks pretty clear to me that DeBoer sees and understands exactly what's going on - he'll say what he thinks he has to be said but I'm not so sure it's the truth. Maybe these guys won't be able to do anything with the truth. In any event, DeBoer understands what's happening better than I do - you can just tell by the look on his face.
