njd3b1ink
Gionta Salvador hurt. Are they actually hurt? I didn't see anything happen and haven't heard anything about them being hurt.
Onddeck
im actually really interested in this Sal and Gionta thing.. what're the odds that two players on our team get hurt around the same time and nobody sees them get hurt.... eeeeeeinteresting
capo
Loktionov reminds me a ton of Scott Gomez circa y2k...
Onddeck
TG said Gionta was on ice during the final minute of the 1st period too... hmmmm

NJDevs4978
No, Deboer only has the balls to bench the Butler's of the world. The Devils have 5 defensemen? Oh wait... I know what you mean. DeBoer's basically put Fayne in the freezer, who was his best defenseman last year.
Zubie#8
My God, D'agostini is not doing the little things to succeed. GET THE PUCK IN DEEP.
Onddeck
fuuuuuuck!! greening just sliced through our D.. under 20 seconds left in the period too... thats killer

Might explain why they've been so dead-a** in such an important game. Other than Loktionov, anyway. 2ELIAS6
And of course we couldn't just get out of the second with a tie... Chasing from behind once again...great
coldply123
Hopefully that's the end of the Gionta fascination. D'Agostini has looked invisible most of the time, when he has been visible, it's been for all the wrong reasons. Very few players are looking good tonight (Loktionov and Zajac being the notable exceptions so far).
NJDevs4978
Maybe the most dispiriting goal of the season. It looked like they were finding their game and had all the momentum, then bang they're behind again.

DevsMan84
Is it just me or does it seem like every time we play in Ottawa that win or lose it's a struggle?
NJDevs4978
We struggle against them period. Remember the dual 2-1 losses two years ago when we were making our miracle playoff run? They pretty much ended it, one of them with some guy I don't even remember his name in net. And Bishop's another padded freak who we make look invincible - we only have three goals against him in three games.
Bartholomew Hunt
Add Carter, he has been working hard for the entire game. and henrique and kostopolus and sestito
coldply123
and henrique and kostopolus and sestito Kostopolous has looked lethargic. I'm not impressed at all with him. Henrique has gotten sloppy on a few occasions entering the zone. Sestito has been okay.
Bartholomew Hunt
Kostopolous has looked lethargic. I'm not impressed at all with him. Henrique has gotten sloppy on a few occasions entering the zone. Sestito has been okay. Kostopolous has been skating hard and hounding the puck all night, henrique has set up a bunch of chances and sestito is skating hard and doing what he in there to do
