This could be a big one in the early going as I doubt anyone in that locker room wants to start 0-2 before heading out on this 5 game Canada trip. Sundstrom? Well, if you only want to do this once, then go with the Cup champ Sykora. Sundstrom never wore the Red & Black, so its not really retro.. Or go contemporary with Ryder. You might get to see the effort play he makes every 6th game or so that keeps him in the lineup.
