Devil Dan 56
That's pretty cool. So long as he promises to never teach them how to stick handle.

'7'
One less job available for Marty. good. It's been very quiet on the Marty front of late. Hoping for a retirement announcement soon.
Chuck the Duck
One less job available for Marty. Like he would ever take the job of goalie coach in Albany. I think he's already on record as saying he doesn't want to coach and is more interested in being in the front office once he retires. '7'
Also, we know if Clemmensen and whathisname fall on his face...option C to strap on the pads and back up Schneider is Hedberg.
Colorado Rockies 1976
good. It's been very quiet on the Marty front of late. Hoping for a retirement announcement soon. I think he'll be available all year long to a team that loses a goalie or two to injury...I don't think Marty is mentally retired yet. I give him a very slight chance to even come back here if Schneider suffers a long-term injury, or if Kinkaid/Clemmer turns out to be a disaster. Not saying I want Marty to come back, but I could never rule it out 100%. Hedberg was SO bad in his last season with the Devils that I can't ever see Lou going that route, as far as dressing him in an NHL game goes.
