NJDevs4978
Ugh this feels like locked in Kershaw the last two innings. Three runs might be enough.
'7'
not going to be a comeback tonight. Honestly just hope they dont get no hot Jacob deGrom, season is in your hands.
capo
Tough luck for Matz. Made a bad pitch to Kershaw, got squeezed by the ump and grooved a pitch to Turner and there goes nothing. Hernandez took off for 2nd in that play before he even delivered to the plate. He's got great stuff but he's got some learning to do. TdA is great but imagine what a guy like Molina would do with this staff.
NJDevs4978
This really looked like locked in Matz for two innings too, that stinking AB by Kershaw changed the entire inning.
'7'
Kershaw is getting all the borderline calls
capo
A lot of baseball left to play. Kershaw is on 3 days rest adrenaline will get him through some. The 5th should be a telling inning for him. It kind of sucks that when Wright comes up you're only getting a 2 out inning...
NJDevs4978
Just try and keep it within 3-1 and hope he doesn't throw nine, then we still have a chance. Even if he gives the ball to Jansen, he doesn't have that feeling of near invincibility against everyone other than Murphy.
'7'
Gutsy effort by Kershaw thus far...just hope he tires but the Mets are helping him out by not working counts and swinging early. After the 1st inning theyve had atrocious at bats
NJDevs4978
WHY WHY WHY are you warming up deGrom?!

NJDevs4978
deGrom today is freaking dumb! It better be a pitch one inning on his throw day type thing but even that's dumb with a young guy like deGrom.
capo
WHY WHY WHY are you warming up deGrom?! Because we have dumbest manager in baseball
Colorado Rockies 1976
Duda proving why he's truly a bad-team ballplayer. This is EXACTLY what I expected of him in this series. Let him go hit meaningless home runs and feast on mediocre-to-bad pitching somewhere else. Time to move on from him. He's been exposed for what he is. NJDevs4978
Because we have dumbest manager in baseball Eh guess Terry faked us out, Colon coming in instead
Colorado Rockies 1976
Whatever secret formula the Dodgers had to get this kind of player out of Justin Turner, wish we were smart enough to do that It would also be nice if Loser wasn't being paid a fortune to be the polar opposite of Turner. He's a bit Nick Swisher-esque, at least when Swisher was actually a ML player.
Colorado Rockies 1976
I was thinking that too...Swish was another guy who was worthless against playoff-caliber pitching.
capo
Wright, Cuddyer, Duda. That's a lot of wasted dollars. It would be nice to have value for that money. Wright is the reason the Mets won't spend on decent players. Is that tbs pitch tracker anywhere near accurate? Why aren't we getting overheads on these pitches? '7'
the squeeze is on Bartolo now Wright, outside of that one hit has been atrocious and overmatched this series
Colorado Rockies 1976
Duda doesn't really make that much, but he'd better not be signed long-term. It's time to start purging some of the 70-79 win team "contributors". Wright they're stuck with, because he's the leader and the captain, lol. Wright, outside of that one hit has been atrocious and overmatched this series That shouldn't come as a surprise.
NJDevs4978
Too bad we can't keep Colon as the setup guy next year, I trust him more than Clippard right now Edited October 14, 2015 by NJDevs4978

Colorado Rockies 1976
I hate to do it, but I gotta give Kershaw credit for a hell of a performance. Just hope the Mets can find a way into that bullpen.
NJDevs4978
At least they're staying in the game...just keep it within two for now.
