why would dano even mention a trade "rumor" on a tv broadcast.. would have never happened under lou that would be the last time we would hear him speak.

Why is that an issue? There clearly is a rumor, he labeled it as such, and I haven't heard anyone say it would be a good deal. Dano having knowledge of the rumors means he's staying abreast. No issue to me.

Now, if he were reporting it as a fact, different story.

I never said it was an "issue" I said under Lou I never recall anyone stirring the pot about any trade "rumors" on a TV broadcast.

Atkinson for Larsson wasn't a rumor. It was poorly researched speculation by a beat writer.

That's how rumors start. We've been debating it for days.

if larsson could bring us back a first round pick ..which we need as many as possible, and someone who can put in 25 goals up front.. i mean come on. Although im pretty sure this should just be put to rest now as shero has said that he hasnt spoken to any teams about him.
