Basically the John Mac and the rest of the crew were agreeing how well the Devils have been doing and Steve just started pouting and saying "yeah but they still won't make the playoffs!" Valiquette is the last person in hockey to determine how other players/teams are doing. This is the same idiot who let in 10 goals against in a single game and ended his NHL career allowing 8 goals against in his final game. Offense clicking, Severson and Larsson are playing exceptionally well, Cammalleri keeps scoring, etc... Severson was especially good last game, and Larsson has made some excellent outlet passes tonight.
