I was about 12 at the time. Needless to say this is gonna be emotional for a lot of us. Thank you Patty (Doesn't he look absolutely thrilled? In 2000, it was me alone, in my old bedroom in my parents' house. Will never forget that pass, that goal, or jumping around my room trying to keep quiet so as not to wake up the whole house as I celebrated. Just was when I was thinking "God please, not another OT loss", Elias fed Arnott, and that was that. Once I could breathe again, the rest of that night was an absolute blast and then some.
