I know Rinne struggled a little this season, but I don't think Sarros is very good at all, and why CBJ didn't start Merzlikins from the beginning I have no idea, he's looked great in the limited starts he's gotten so far in his career... .923 Sv % and 5 shutouts in 30 some games. 37yr old Mike Smith gets the first game over Koskinen, Murray starts over Jarry when Jarry looked quite good all season for Pitt (20W 12L with a .921 sv %). I mean it's just been so weird, lots of odd choices from so many different coaches, it's like they all got together and agreed to make stupid decisions. I personally would have went with Elvis, but Korpisalo did play very well the first couple games (including a shutout). Crazy series though.
