But getting rid of him doesn’t mean we get any of those players, and as “bottom 3” as he is, he’s top 3 on our roster as it’s currently situated.

True he is probably be a top 3 on our defensive rooster. We must get a much better defense if we have any chance of protecting our goalies and making the, just making, playoffs for quite a while. My goal, at least make the playoffs. Appreciate your comment.

For sure.

My first band used to do that one, Man In The Box, Them Bones, and Would?

Junkhead is up there for me.   I Stay Away as well, especially with the claymation video

I’ve always wished I could have seen them when Layne was still alive.

Me too. If I could see two bands that I never had the chance to see live, it would be AIC with Layne, and The Beatles (who my mom was lucky enough to see at Shea Stadium back in the day).

Saw them at Roseland in 1992 or 1993, an amazing venue to hear a band that loud. Ears were still ringing the next morning.

Yeah Junkhead is one of my faves.  As is It Ain’t Like That.  Used to love playing those with my band.  We also did Man In The Box and Would?  I badly wanted to play Angry Chair, but my band mates didn’t.

Re:  Layne…every recording I’ve heard of him live was…not good.  Not sure if he was a guy who needed a lot of studio help, or was just too beat up from his drug abuse.

Found an audio recording of the show I was at! He was not exactly a technical master but he sure did have some growl.

Well the good news is that based on their draft selection yesterday. God knows who they could pick tomorrow lol Might fvcking pick someone projected late 2nd round.

I’d be shocked if they took anyone but Matty Beniers.

It's like teams can't get out of their own way to help the Rangers.

Yea, but doesn’t it feel good knowing that they basically have the entire hockey world trying to help them and they still can’t manage more than about one cup every half century?  I mean, seriously, what a testament to ineptitude.

So with both drafts done, we can declare Francis a full fledged idiot, right?

The thing that’s weird is it’s not his first rodeo. He helped build that Carolina team. Maybe they just decided to play the long game and do it the old fashioned way. With Shane Wright and Connor Bedard the next two years, they could be deciding to try be in position to get one of them.

I really think he thought he had more power than he did, over reached on a ton of demands, and turned nearly the entire league against him. There is almost literally no excuse for not having come out of Wednesday with a kings ransom and he only moved Tyler freaking Pitlick.

dude choked.
