I’m thinking not lol.

The bottom line is that I don’t want those motherfvckers celebrating on our ice, and I’m fully aware of how hypocritical that is, and I don’t give a sh!t. fvck the Rags.
mfitz804 11,728
Nobody wants to watch the team that just beat their team celebrate. But it’s completely ridiculous to expect it not to happen or to hold a grudge over it. He won, of course he celebrated. That said, of course he can still be upset by it, and fvck the Rangers. Like... how sketchy lol Not that I have any money, but I would be skeptical of any bank that actively solicited my business. Unless it was like my local Chase bank or some other well-known bank, I would never do that. It could be an example of being rich doesn’t make you smart. Or, he could’ve done everything right, checked them out, etc., and then he got screwed. Really sucks.

EDIT: Ahh...from the article: “TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger says the move could be for cap management purposes and that an agreement with Hoffman could already have been reached.” Edited December 28, 2020 by mfitz804

We all knew this would happen eventually... I guess they got what they wanted (a Cup), so it's hard to say it wasn't worth it. Most of their corp is still in tact too - they might actually get a shot at the Cup a few more times before their roster eventually unravels due to cost shedding.
