Wearing my McMullen Zacha because he's friggin' leading the Devils in points! I'm so curious as to what this experience is going to be like...just can't picture a 10% capacity crowd with tarps and cardboard cutouts. With their being just a 10% capacity I don't think there could really be too much to get annoyed about to the point where you would say you're only coming back when things are normal. I mean, think about the things that probably get most people annoyed when they go to an arena - long bathroom lines, long lines for food, people getting up during play and obstructing your view of the ice - all of that should be a non-factor. I have some friends and people who asked me if they thought the sound effects were real and actually playing in the arena, or if it was something that the TV was just dubbing over the feed - I told them that I was 95% sure it was actually coming from the arena which makes sense, because frankly I think the players get a little pumped up by some background noise and things like that - I'm sure they definitely miss the crowd and the ambient noise. Yup its the only complaint I saw from Tuesday so maybe they listened to the people who were there and shut it off for tonight.
