Korg, dumpling god, the damn goats screaming every single damn time they were on the screen, fat Zeus, nonstop goofy lines from everyone that wasn't Gorr. This whole movie seemed like a parody of a superhero movie more than anything else. That’s pretty much in keeping with the whole Thor series, thought. It’s laced with that kind of humor. I was completely lost in what (the wonderful) Waititi was trying to achieve here. The balance was terrible with comedic timing completely off and the phenomenal acting of Bale completely wasted. The ending lost all emotion despite one of the best method actors plying their trade being in the role. So here's a little something slightly hockey related / update and also punk rock related, i believe a few people here are into that. I think i mentioned this before but i'm designing merch for NOFX and Lagwagon, 2 of my all time fav bands and they were both touring in Quebec last week, so i went on a trip to see them in both MTL and Quebec. Got to hangout and catch up a bit with them But the hockey related thing is that NOFX wanted me to design a Montreal exclusive limited edition poster for them. So i decided to do a drunk/high Youppi lol It sold out pretty quick lol I also did the Lagwagon tour poster which was a spoof of the Animal House poster. Got both signed by the bands, good times. If you did you saw and know who Kent is lol their manager lol he's hilarious in the show but he's also fvcking hilarious in real life too.
