Why are my childhood movies now becoming Broadway shows.... Beetlejuice, this....

I will base my willingness to go entirely on your review and yours alone. Don't let me down.

Deal.

If you (or anyone) have other recommendations, I'm all ears. I'm looking art Wicked as the new plan.

Cannot go wrong with Wicked, we’ve seen it 3 times and one was better than the next. Dear Evan Hansen was another I’d suggest but I understand that it closing also. Might’ve been in your wheelhouse with the mental health aspects of it.

I told my daughter if she passes both of her Regents exams, I will take her to see Phantom of the Opera. Fingers crossed.

One of my good buddy from here was the lead playing Jack Black's part in School of Rock the Musical a few years ago. That was a big deal.

Very sad day for our country. What a backwards ass bullsh!t decision. It's only going to get worse.

I'm catholic. Not fully practicing, but we baptized our son and I probably go to church 4-5 times per year, plus the big holidays.

What a generationally stupid, monumentally embarrassing day today is for the United States. There's nothing else that can be said about it; today is a dark, pitiful, embarrassing day to be an American. My wife wept. I cry for my wife. In the United States, she is a third class citizen -- behind men and now unborn fvcking fetuses. I don't have a daughter, but all of those who do are going to have to explain to them one day why the United States government decided they're unfit to make decisions about their own body.

Fun fact: if an early-term child dies (which happens all the time), the Catholic Church does not recognize that it's ever been born. If a full-term baby is stillborn, that baby cannot be buried in a catholic church. The bible defines the start of life as "the child's first breath", and that's as far as they'll go. Would love to hear why that same logic isn't applied consistently.

The problem here is that the SCOTUS basically can only decide whether or not a particular right is granted by the Constitution. Which is ridiculous in that the Constitution barely says anything about anything, and the rights it confers are very unclear.

And to make an amendment to the constitution, we’d need Congress to actually do something other than get into public pissing matches over who gets paid “in total secret” more than the other. Those a$$holes can’t even pass a budget every year without acting like pissy little children.

SCOTUS only said it's not up to 5 unelected justices to decide this issue. Let Congress and/or state legislatures elected by the people of this country decide this issue.

And as much as I hate the result, I’m not sure they’re wrong.

I post this not because of the political content, but because 1) it’s my local supermarket I shop in every week, and 2) the video shows Giuliani being a dramatic little bitch lol.

At least it wasn’t during a diaper change, when that could actually happen.

Glad I had a girl lol.

The best part of that story is, you can totally tell that he didn’t even consider there would be a video.

I saw one where they synced up him talking about the situation with the video and it makes it even funnier lol

Of course the guy shouldn't have touched him though cause now he's gonna have to deal with all this unnecessary legal stuff that's gonna be a big pain in the ass for him.

I do wish there was some audio of the "hey scumbag!" though lol

Side note, I know the “attacker” from shopping in the store, he works the dairy department (adjacent to the bathroom Rudy had apparently just used), and I have never heard the guy say a word. I have had to excuse myself to get past him, he’s handed me stuff if he was blocking the cases. I have thanked him and tried to engage him in conversation, nothing. To the point that I assumed there was something wrong with him.

I didn’t expect something like THIS.

I heard the charges have already been reduced to misdemeanors and may be dismissed. The question will be if they have him back at the store, which is squarely in the middle of Trump country.

Was there a post that got deleted or something? I have no idea what you guys are talking about…

It looks like my video was removed (or didn’t attach), but it’s referring to the incident with Giuliani getting “slapped” in the back and called a scumbag in my local supermarket.

How great is this. Giuliani says he could have been killed. His son says it’s a left wing conspiracy. The deomcratic mayor says that someone should tell Giuliani it’s illegal to falsely report a crime, Giuliani tells him to go fvck himself and calls him a scumbag, after himself being called a scumbag which he said he would not repeat because it was foul language.

Apparently you missed the publication of the Catechism of the Catholic Chirch in 1994. It specifically refers to funeral rites for unbaptized children including those stillborn. Para 1261 and 1283.

No one is buried in thechurch these days. They are buried in cemeteries. Unbaptized children are usually excluded from consecrated plots, but plots for these holy innocents are available.

There is plenty of ignorance going around. My barber and his wife left the Church because the priest refused to baptize the child with the name Cindy. He was unaware that Cindy is a dimunitive of Cynthia, a feminine form of Hyacinth. St Hyacinth was an early theologian of the church.

When my wife miscarried her obstetrician baptized the daughter we never saw grow up.

Tell your wife she can come to New Jersey where there arevirtually no restri tipns on abortions

So here’s a Pandora’s box type issue of sorts.

My mother in law handed my my deceased father in law’s MacBook Pro and asked me if I wanted it, and either way, could I get it powered up as see if we can get it open.

She has some ideas what the password may be based on what his passwords typically were. But this was 100% his computer and nobody else used it.

I have the charging cable coming Thursday (she can’t find the original one, believes she threw it away). If I can get it open, there could be family pictures on it. Probably only pictures that were sent to him, and possibly only the same ones that were on his phone (which were all fine). Or it could contain not so family pictures. Or literally anything.

Alternatively, I found the method to erase the whole system without a password and reinstall iOS.

The question is, do I take the risk of his wife and his daughter finding out what he was into, or do I just pretend we can’t get into it, and wipe the whole thing clean?
