blackwood was great.

mcleod is becoming one of my favorite players.

sharangovich doesn’t have a goal in a while but his last 4 periods are noticeably better than anything we’ve seen in a while

jack hughes was “quiet” to the tune of 2 assists and 2 posts/crossbars. superstar sh!t.

haula didn’t make me gouge my eyeballs out.

Quick on the bench thinking "i'm sure i could have stopped that one"

his intrusive thoughts be creeping in like “prolly wouldn’t have tho”

Wasn’t pretty and LA played better than the score indicated (except in net of course), but fvck ‘em, that’s hockey sometimes.  Terrific game for Mac, points to go around.  Well done boys!

Devils follow up a 1-7-2 funk with a 6-1-1 burst.  That’s how you neutralize a bad stretch.

for large portions of this game the only reason the devils had the lead was because of the disparity in goaltender play. nice to be on the good side of that coin; hope it’s a confidence booster for mac.

Shoutout to Mac for a fantastic game. Now go out and string a few of them together.

And that’s the problem.  He’s so rarely done that lately.

28th win of the season, only 27 wins last season! Absolutely crazy!

They need four more points to tie last season’s output.

a 17-2-1 away record is pretty damn impressive if you ask me

Especially considering that it’s never been done.

We're also 3rd in nhl history for the longest away winning streak

And we came REALLY close to tie the record for first place. But that OT loss to the Rangers was the end of that one. ugh

Haula scores a beauty on a breakaway the same night Zacha misses a wide open net. Order in the universe has been restored.

And Zacha signed an extension while Haula didn't.

That's also something great

It's great that he's finally settled into a role and getting fans on board. Here's hoping that he isn't a total piece of sh&&&&&& off the ice so he can solidify his 4th line status and get another couple of seasons here. The potential requirement to save up for a finals patched game jersey both pleases and terrifies me
