I just had to stand watch until she got her bearings. This is the second tiem this happened -- it happened to a cardinal last autumn. I'm beinging to understand the drill. She was a real sweetheart. and weirdness she responded (not in song) when I sang the old sam peabody call. She was great... whats weird too is that a female cardinal was standing guard before I went out to check on her. i wonder if it was the same one from last fall... her boyfriend was there too -- I felt bad I scared them off but I wanted to get her somewhere safe -- btu she was too alert to pick up so I just watched over her.. ok but no one cares on-line journal moment I guess Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
