I really don't think the arena will be done in time.

And if it is, it'll be half assed.

Does anyone know if any part of Triangle Park will be done before the arena opens? Is the pedestrian bridge up yet? I was just curious what the walk from Penn Station would be without either complete.

I agree that the Arena will be "functional" but not at 100% when it opens.

And I have much less confidence that the exterior of the place (parks & parking etc) will be "completed" before October 2008.

The Arena will be ready enough to open to doors and sell concessions.

As for the fan's experience, that will be completed over the next year...

I have obtained a GettyIMAGES account once again, and I downloaded their recent pictures of the arena.

I could upload them for everybody. I'm also going to be uploading every picture for the Canada/Russia Under 20's Super 'Summit' Series. We'll get to see our boy Brent in action. =D

Oh look, daily updates and the pics aren't usually posted the same day as they're taken. I guess they won't be done on time huh?

Hmm, actually, one of my customers is a season ticket holder, who sat NEXT to one of the architects of this arena, and they say they believe the opening of the arena will be pretty disappointing, and will not be fully functional until the end of the season.

Thaaaaaanks.
