Weekes Head
I was considering going, but I'm not going to pay out the ass for bleacher seats on StubHub. Besides, Buffalo winters suck -- if the weather's bad, there's really no point anyway.

PeteyNice
You truly underestimate the popularity of the Sabres, the Penguins, and the proximity to Canada...actually, Im surprised these tickets even lasted as long as they did. njskaguy33
Eventually you won't even pay fixed prices for tickets to big events like this. It will just be an auction where the highest bid wins.
Devs4LIFE
fvck I was so excited abut going. fvcking die hard Sabres fans and Pens groupies.
mddevsfan
According to the radio on my way to work, there were just over 40,000 tickets made available. Most of the remainder are being held for season ticket holders.
squishyx
they are holding 34,000 tickets for 6,000 season ticket holders? meh Edited September 19, 2007 by squishyx
LOTCB
I'm not surprised it sold out, ticketmaster is what I am calling a joke. There were no tickets available at 10am when they went on sale. I had multiple computers on and I know at least 10 other people who were trying as well and none of them got tickets. I even was just looking for one ticket and I got nothing.

squishyx
yeah but you get my point right? sabres could have 20k season ticket holders and there are still some 15k tickets held onto that makes me a sad panda. And from reading a ton of sabres forums it appears as if huge chunks of tix were reserved for various other groups, like toronto blue jay season ticket holders... mddevsfan
The Devils had about 11k last season, by my guesstimate, so I'm going to throw out a guess for Buffalo at 13 or 14k season tix.
