'7'
He just attempted one vs. Labarbera....fail though he did manage to score on the worlds slowest toedrag!
Cowutopia
Cowutopia, hey man I'm not trying to instigate, so don't take this the wrong way, since I know that "Clarkson's Wraparound" is really your thing....but...if its so "surprising" why is it that Henrik's stick went flat to the ice the minute he saw Clarkson head for behind the net? I think many of the NHL goalies have CI and a DVR...that's why. Don't get me wrong, I love him, and the trick, but I think he has the potential to have a bigger bag of offensive tricks and be less predictable. ...Or it could be that it worked so well in Dec....but has been pretty dry since. Anyways...keep the count going! Edited February 3, 2008 by Cowutopia
DevilinLA
Thank you for describing the sarcastic humor I founded this thread upon. I'm actually surprised he's no longer trying it quite as much.He played a good game tonight, and sprung Brylin (and took 2 D-men, even though one was stickless) on the last goal, and scored one. Whenever he does something behind the net that is NOT a wraparound, I cheer. This thread will hopefully monitor progress. and DevilinLA, turn your sarcasm detector on next time. SatansDevils
That wrap around try was a good one tonight but his shot from the right circle was even better for the 1st Devils goal! Nice shot and he needs to do more of that then just the wrap around tries.

DaneykoIsGod
Does that one-handed attempt count? If anything, he should get bonus points for effort.
Cowutopia
It does. I have a new puppy at home so thank you to anyone who is keeping up on this, as I am missing minutes of every game.

nmigliore
Clarkson's attempt was pretty sick, but he kinda did grab (it appeared) the defenseman .. oh well good try, im surprised he even was able to get that on goal
DevilsRule2008
Had he been able to lift the puck just a bit, it would have gone right over millers pad! A goal like that would have been amazing!
SatansDevils
Tonight Clarkson was 0-0 tonight on wrap around tries.

SatansDevils
Huh..? You mean 0-1, right? Because I would guess that attempt he had in the 3rd would count..
Cowutopia
Do I have to read through the play-by-play to clear this up? 225 3 EV 18:07 1:53 SHOT N.J ONGOAL - 23 CLARKSON, Wrap-around, Off. Zone, 6 ft. It counts. Edited February 7, 2008 by Cowutopia

RunninWithTheDevil
as the official keeper of the wraparound, i officially endorse this thread. Even though i haven't seen the wraparound in a while, maybe he's hiding with Giontas goals.

Cowutopia
Yeah, saw that one. I missed a few games back there so I may have missed some, but that's cool since I'm not the "official" keeper. Updated with today's now.
