CRASHER
...dreams do come true. CM`Puke is no longer the Heavyweight Champion of the World! (and the Lord said... Amen) Here's hoping that he will join Eugene, Umaga, and the Brakus "flav-of-the-month" Vinny'Mac blunder type(s)... and never be heard from again. So you'd rather have that overrated botch fest stiff who gets more 14 year old girls wet then the Jonas Brothers (and by the way is LEAVING IN A MONTH) the belt??? It makes NO SENSE... Punk is just GETTING it with the promos and his matches not to mention you had a LIST of guys from R-Trooofffftthh, to Morrison to even Jericho that would be fresh awesome feuds for him... and now we get Jeffy-kins keeping the belt warm for a MONTH??? It's TNA-like booking
Beezer34
So you would rather have that over'rated, botch fest stiff, who gets more 14 year old girls wet then the Jonas Brothers, and is by the way... LEAVING IN A MONTH the belt??? ... yes.
ghdi
Eugene has been re-signed. Don't hate on him too much. The gimmick was horrible, but Nick Dinsmore is a helluva worker. He got the short end of the stick with that wretched gimmick. Chris Masters (who sucked ass) is also re-signed. I'm also glad to see the belt off of CM Puke. I can't stand him. I respect he can work, but I don't like him or his character, but his promo last night (which I watched online) was pretty damn good and fitting for his real-life arrogance. Funnily enough, Smackdown was here this past Tuesday (I didnt go) and Punk was champ and last year the Raw before Summerslam was here (I went) and Punk was champ. I'm really hoping that next summer when they come through (if Im here) again, Punk won't be champ, but he probably will be.
CRASHER
... yes. That's really sad.... really...... (well unless you're into horny 14 year old girls... ) As for Eugene... give Dismore a LOT of credit... he really ran with that character and got the MOST out of it possible and it got hot... so it HAD to get HHH'ed and that was it...... why they did not put the Belt on Cena and get it OUT of this damn H/Orton issue is beyond me..... ghdi
Id rather see the belt on Triple H for 10 more years than get another Cena run.
Beezer34
I'm also glad to see the belt off of CM Puke. I can't stand him. ...no one can. His popularity is fading quicker than William Hung's "She Bang's!" crazed a few years back. He won't touch any title (other than the IC &/or Tag) again. Book it. Jaaaaaaiiillllbaaaaaaiiiitttt. Anyway, I like Punk, especially when he's a heel. Promos like this are his best http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vuJLFcu4j5U&NR=1 I'm not happy they put the belt on Hardy, but I guess its Vince's way of trying to get him to stay. As it is right now, he's leaving after Summerslam, so Punk is all but guaranteed to take it back anyhow.
CRASHER
Id rather see the belt on Triple H for 10 more years than get another Cena run. You mean the guy who sells more merch then ANYONE in the company? When was the last time he held the belt anyway?? least he's not like MAIN EVENT DAVE who the weight of the belt turns him to glass..... ...no one can. His popularity is fading quicker than William Hung's "She Bang's!" crazed a few years back. He won't touch any title (other than the IC &/or Tag) again. Book it. You mean the #3 merch guy in the company? and I know 15 people personally who can disavow your lone claim of this the crowds are turning on him because he's acting heel, which unless you're a fan like me, is the reaction HE WANTS TO GET I'm no ROHbot or anything... but I see good where there is good, and Punk is a MAJOR reason Smackdown is the best wrestling on TV week after week
Beezer34
Unless you're into horny 14 year old girls. 14 year old girls get moister by the second because of him. Who gets more 14 year old girls wet then the Jonas Brothers. ...so yeah, just curious Scott... did you hear something regarding Hardy and a "14 year-old girl" ? I dont give two sh!ts if Osama bin Laden sold more merchandise. John Cena is skincrawlingly bad. In fairness, his in-ring work has gotten light years better of when he first came to Raw after the Smackdown/JBL thing, but he's easily the most stale character in the entire WWE. Last time he held it, I dont even remember now lol.

Satans Hockey
Jeff hardy sucks. The guy can't talk on the mic and botches the majority of his moves. CM Punk is also a very nice guy outside the ring, I've talked with him on a few different occasions so don't judge someone unless you have your own experiences talking to him. Beezer34
Jeff Hardy sucks. The guy can't talk on the mic, and botches the majority of his moves. His style is rough & tumble...it's supposed to come off as raw and unpolished. His mic skills aren't as bad as you say either. He's an edgy character, I'm sure Vince & Co. have put him on a leash since RAW went PG. Wait 'till October when he goes back to TNA... your above mentioned creatiques may dissipate. I don't watch TNA. TNA is garbage. Theres a reason they have to give out free tickets for their show, no one wants to pay money to see that sh!t. WWE and ROH are a thousand times better than TNA. Whats edgy about Jeff Hardy? The fact that he smears his face paint and dyes his hair? righttt, and fvcking up your moves has nothing to do with your style. Beezer34
...they give away tickets because they are a 7 year old wrestling promotion, trying to cultivate a fanbase, that has only been able to see them on a weekly basis (via cable TV) since 2005. Comparing them to WWE is uneven. (not to mention asinine) That's like comparing Devils attendance\revenue -to- that of the Rangers. TNA buyrates, ratings, merch'sales, web-hits, etc. continue to be accolades. Granted they are small victories... but they are victories none-the-less. They have achieved more success (in as little time) over any other wrestling promotion, in this industries history. Come to me with that nonsense in 12 years. (when they have a twenty year foundation) If TNA is still giving away tickets by then, you'll get your apology. Since Hunter married the Mac's... or the Draft`Lottery... or the 3 separate brands... 4 TV shows per week... 9 Championship titles... 3 additional yearly PPV's... RAW Host(s)... (pick one) ...the "Universe" has gotten bloated. Go ask Booker, Foley, Bradshaw, Angle, Tazz, Hardy, Flair, Lashley, (say when) if it's worth $taying in the WWE, and putting up with the politics & HHHorsesh!t, just to make a payday. Am I still a fan? --Yes. Do I still watch their shows? --Sure. But like it or not, Russo was the Joe Torre for the WWF(E). The product has been a slow decline since his departure. Vince is lost, where do you start. I began noticing it in 1999, but it became obvious between 2001-2004. (w/the purchases of WCW & ECW) Go back and look at the way those wrestlers/angles were used. Goldberg, Steiner, Nash, nWo, Bagwell, Hall, DDP, Bischoff, Henning, ECWCW-faction... failure upon failure. And since '07, it's either been recycled rhetoric, (DX) and/or absurd storylines that crash & burn in 5 seconds flat. (Trump) ROH is the only thing I agree with you on, as far as a company that puts out a great show, night in -- night out.

Russo did not create everything that was good about the Attitude era. Did you watch WCW during its late run to it's death? Russo showed how incompetent he was and hes still showing it in TNA with his awful storylines. You need to stay away from the wrestling websites and stop acting like you know what the wrestlers actually think about Vince and the "politics" that go on backstage. Booker T had his run in WWE and put on some pretty boring matches when he was champ. Foley is fat and out of shape and put on a debacle of a match with Sting when he first won the TNA title. Bradshaw retired because he was starting to get back pain again. Angle is a psycho. Tazz....who cares. I'm sure Jeff Hardy is fine with being the World Champ. Why is Flair in this list? Lashley? Really? Is he good? No. Did WWE give him a big push and was going to continue to push him until he decided to blow it? Yes. ghdi
least Cena's promos and interviews are fresh and mixed up each week... No they're not lol. Its the same song and dance every time he's on the mic. It's not "JBL is poopy" bad, but its the same rah-rah BS from Cena every time he's out there. Cena vs Orton for the 7463rd time at Summerslam. Yay! The entire main event scene is stale. Least we dont have to see Botchtista for another 6 months.

I can't believe I just said that..... but the way they brought him over... he's LEGIT and he really looks like he could be a VALID threat... they could have had Cena TIE Henry... and make it a damn 3-way at Summer Slam At least I laugh and get entertained by a Cena promo... it's not.. .. .I AM THE GAME... rawrrrr.... I CHEW ON GLASS... YARRRRR... I RUIN YOUR CAREER!!!! Not to mention WTF happened to elevating MVP?!?!??! I'd still rather see Cena on top then H or MAIN EVENT DAVE anyday
ghdi
Mark Henry has gotten so much better since his last injury. I was hoping he'd have won and won the belt, because at least it brings something different to Raw. Cena will win at Summerslam and then Orton or Trips will have it by Survivor Series. I don't think MVP is anything special, so not elevating him anymore is fine by me. Cryme Tyme are f'in jobbers at this point. They're so horrendous. I actually laughed when they came out for the main event. A more logical move would have had Shaq ask Mark Henry and MVP to help him take on Big Slow with the horrendous blue singlet and "the best in the business thats not injured" Jericho. No, lets get Cryme Tyme to do it. Horrible. Heres some Mark Henry funnies though:

Heres some Mark Henry funnies though: They need to strike with Henry while the iron is hot though... they can't keep him hanging there in the close enough scene without letting him get a chance to attack and run with this thing (HBK coming back does NOT help this) MVP (and Carlito to me)... have an "IT" factor you can't describe... but everytime they get them some momentum they yank the rug out on BOTH of them... I can't blame them for their frustrations.... same with Benjamin now on wwECW, he better win that worthless silver belt soon..... Least Cryme is the remaining tag team left.... damn I miss Miz and Morrison.... and relevant tag team wrestling... *sigh*
