DaneykoIsGod
How many of you guys and gals have actually waited in line for the $10 seats and how has it been? How early have you gone? How big were the lines? Any advice for other fans? I'm thinking about trying this for Saturday's game against the Canes and maybe again in two weeks when the Isles come to town, so any shared experience would be greatly appreciated. themiddle91489
I've done it 4 times (3 times right around 90 minutes before the game, one time 3 hours before the game against the Rangers) and I've easily gotten tickets all 4 times. The lines look long but remember they're selling at least 200 10 dollar seats, and a line of 50 can throw some people off saying there's no way they'll get seats. One time there was a line that stretched past the Devils Den and people just arriving were walking away, but a quick head count would only account for around a hundred people. Get there 5-530 for the Canes game and you'll be fine.

themiddle91489
Thanks so much for the insight. I was worried about this Saturday's game because I can't get there any earlier than 4:30, but now I'm feeling a lot more confident.Do you think getting there by 11 a.m. for the 1 p.m. Isles game in two weeks would be early enough? Or earlier because it's a local team?
DaneykoIsGod
11 AM could go either way, id try more like 1030.
themiddle91489
There's a train arriving at 10:21, so it looks like that will be the plan. Thanks again.
bondman99
Last time that I went there was a big problem with the bracelets. What happened was that people would show up as soon as the box office opens at around 11am, get a bracelet, and then come back to the stadium at around 6:30. Meanwhile people are waiting in line, waiting to get a bracelet, and at the same time people who got the bracelet earlier are being allowed to cut the line and proceed right in to purchase a ticket. In my opinion, once you leave the line you lose your ticket. People should not be allowed back on line if they got their bracelet earlier in the day and just came back. RowdyFan42
If they made that rule, what would be the point of getting a bracelet?
bondman99
If they made that rule, what would be the point of getting a bracelet? You should still have to wait in line. The bracelet should just be used to count off the first 200 or so people.
95Crash
I've done it 4 times (3 times right around 90 minutes before the game, one time 3 hours before the game against the Rangers) and I've easily gotten tickets all 4 times. The lines look long but remember they're selling at least 200 10 dollar seats, and a line of 50 can throw some people off saying there's no way they'll get seats. One time there was a line that stretched past the Devils Den and people just arriving were walking away, but a quick head count would only account for around a hundred people. Get there 5-530 for the Canes game and you'll be fine. I was there on opening night and got in line about two and a half hours before gametime, hoping to score a couple more tickets for some family members. I was positioned right around three-quarters down the wall along the Devils Den. I counted approximately 75 people in front of me. Either they cut short the tickets, or they must've been giving out more than two per person because I was about four people away from the ticket window when they announced that all the $10 tix were gone. Biggie B
For anyone that has gone to a Devils-Rangers game, how many hours in advance should I come in? I'm going to the game in March which falls on a Wednesday, I believe. Thanks

Biggie B
10:30-11 am in the morning. This is what happened the last couple of Devils/NYR games where there were fans outside wating that early for the $10 seats. You might want to get there at that time in the morning if you really want the $10 seats.
SatansDevils
11 am for a 7 p.m. game? I would think most people would be at work... I don't think I want those 10 dollar seats THAT BAD, lol.
yankeesjetsfan
Thanks for the info guys. I haven't been to a game all season and really would like to get to one soon. This will help.
DaneykoIsGod
FYI, my buddies were in line for the Isles afternoon game on Saturday (I was supposed to be on line too, but that's a long story). Anyway, with $10 ticket sales starting at 11:30 a.m. for the 1 p.m. game, my buddies were on line by 9:30 a.m. There was only one group of people in front of them in line. They said people really didn't start showing up until around 10:30 a.m.

themiddle91489
Who was the guy that said the latest to get to the Ranger/Devil game was 1030? I got there at 230 and I was the 30th person in line.
thelastonealive
So what's the ultimate suggestion on a Devils/Rangers game? 2:30-3:30ish? I don't need to be first in line, but I'd like to know if I'm making the trip up there that I will most likely get tickets. And what's the deal with the bracelets, anyone know for certain how it works? Thanks

themiddle91489
You will never get them at that time of day. More like 10-10:30ish in the morning. The latest maybe 12 noonish.
