I'm really glad he's getting the same treatment as the likes of Hasek and stuff - I was sure he'd be one of those guys the leagues get into their heads has won enough -- though other old shmoes get the rote votes for years. It makes up for the years he had better stats than Hasek and lost in the late 90's, early 2000's. It must mean a lot for him to now have more Vezina's than Roy. Only Marty could get away with that Do you really think Lou cares what Marty said? Lou will do what he wants and what he is directed to do re: the rest of team. I don't expect Lou to do much other than a couple of level 2 guys. He'll wait until March 2009 to see where they are at as a team if they have a chance in his opinion to strongly run for the cup then he will rent a player. Well deserved and suprised he only won by 7 votes but a win is a win. It was the closest voting on any of the trophies. Congrats to Brodeur and hopefully next season will be even better for him.
