skeeter
I just got my partial plan info in the mail today. While there are five plans available, I'm not too happy with what they did with them, but that may be just me. There are two half-season plans available and you can now get them in all the end zone sections downstairs as well as every mezzanine section. Some examples of prices for these plans are $95 lower level seats for $60 and $65 mezzanine seats for $54. Woo. Next are the weekend and weeknight plans. The weekend plan is 18 games and includes opening night. The weeknight plan is 15 games with the option to add opening night. For the first time ever these plans are available in the lower level in the top half of sections 4,5,1,28,15,16,11, and 12. They are also available in the non end zone mezzanine sections and all upper level seats but the $25 and $10 sections. Finally, a brand new plan called the Atlantic Division plan, which is every home game vs. the Rangers, Islanders, Flyers, and Penguins. This sounds great but it's only available in the $95 and $70 mezzanine seats. The plan prices for those seats are $86 and $66. If they want a lot more Devil fans in the building for Ranger games, this isn't the way to do it. There are discounts on every ticket price except for the $30 seats in the weekend and weekday plan, making the cheapest plan the $30 seats in the weekday plan without opening night totaling $450. It's a good variety, but I agree, the Atlantic Division plan is kinda crappy because there's not many seats available for it. I think the big test will be whether the Flex plan will be back and what kind of discounts will be available for it. EDIT: And the balcony seats, they might as well forget about putting any plans there because the "find a code and get $30-35 seats" plan will be far more successful. 4stevenz4
I signed up for a Partial Plan yesterday, faxed back the signed invoice, it is an 8 game plan, Tan seats but right now it's all i can swing. Guy on the phone told me he will call me back in a few days to pick my games, asked him if i can choose the 8 and he said "yes, it's up to me which 8 i take" already have the 8 in mind. Actually, that's not TOO bad because those seats are where the most tickets were left, which means those seats are where most Ranger fans ended up. It's a start, at least. skeeter
It's flex plan or nothing for me now. $480 for a bunch of weeknight games is too much for me. I'd rather pick 8-10 games I want to go to just to get my foot in the door for discounted playoff tickets and then get on line for the $10 tickets on most other nights or get the discounted $65 seats. They really dropped the ball with the $65 balcony seats. They're gonna be the Marty heckling sections once again.

I was thinking the same thing.
Rock
I've never done a flex plan. Do they offer some discount for the tickets? What sections is the plan limited to?

thelastonealive
I've never done a flex plan. Do they offer some discount for the tickets? What sections is the plan limited to? The flex plan last year was you choice of a minimum of 8 games, any sections except the $10 seats (and I assume clubc were sold out at that point). I believe the discount was the same as regular season tickets, but I could be wrong on that so don't quote me on it. I wound up getting 3 seats for opening night in the $65 section, 2 seats each for 6 or 7 games in the $20 or $25 sections, and 4 tickets in the $25 section for one game. Turned out to be worth it, because I had seats for the games that sold out through my plan, and then could fill in the gaps with discounted tickets from the $65 section. That's probably what I'm gonna do. I also want to see what givaways they will have this season and use the discounts on those games or wait for the ten dollar seats if it's a weekend game. I'm waiting for the brocuhre to come in the mail.
