How can I get there without a car? I would seriously consider this deal.

I have no idea about trains or anything once you get to NY Penn, but maybe you can take the LIRR from NY Penn? I really have to clue if the LIRR even runs out of NY Penn. Or if it goes anywhere near Nasseau Coliseum. Too lazy to check. But if it does, I might have to go.

I know I can take LIRR from Penn to Hempstead or Mineola but what would be the next step. I'm not really a big fan of hitchhiking and taking a cab to a sporting event seems like a pain in the a$$. Anyone know if there is a bus?

I also understand that theres a deal where u can go on ticketmaster and get two isles tickets to any home game for 20 dollars total if u enter the code "tuscan" .. two tix for twenty bux is rad. we should spread the word and see how many devs fans we can get in there next saturday

Probably that supply's limited or it depends on what section you're asking for...I tried the code without hitting a price and got two $60 tickets - but they were in the 100's on the blue line, I think half off the regular face value so the code does work, but I'd have to do a little more recon to see if there are actually any $20 pairs left.

And after checking, I think the cheapest pair you can get with that code are $30 a piece unfortunately...though they are in center ice in the mezz section so that's probably a little bit of a discount.

Haha take it from an Islander fan, you guys don't want Loudville.

First, you MUST be wearing something Islanders.

It's all extremely loud and belligerent college kids that shout curses and dumb chants throughout the game.

It's the entire corner section in the upper level, so not the best sightlines.

A fan of any other team will most likely get ripped to shreds.

Not for the faint hearted.

Wait, people actually go to islander games still?

I've been to 5 or 6 Devils-Isles games at the Coliseum. I cannot think of a less intimidating atmosphere than that dump. I think I'd be more frightened wearing a Devils jersey to Elmo Makes Music at the Theatre at MSG than at the Coliseum.

You guys can do whatever you want, I'm not stopping you. I'm only here to tell you that whatever you think of the normal hockey atmosphere at the Coliseum, it's multiplied by about 100000 in Loudville. Even if you've never noticed it before. I had a friend who had the misfortune of sitting near Loudville one game (and it was a no name 10,000 attendance game) and he had his game ruined by Loudville. If you guys wanna try it, go ahead. Just don't say I didn't warn you.

And don't call the Coli a dump. We prefer to think of it as a barn. Thank you.

Wait, people actually go to islander games still?

I could say the same thing about the Devils...

Animals take dumps in a barn, right?

As far as Devils attendance, they've had 14 crowds that would've been Nassau sellouts, sprinkled in with 4 crowds of over 15,000. Take into account that about 14,000 seats are $65 or more, I'd say that's pretty good.

That's hilarious

So take into account that the lower and middle bowl are both $120, and I say 12,000 a night in Nassau to see a last place time is not bad.

I wasn't dumping on the Devils anyway, I'm just showing the lack of logic in what you said.
