Unless the rules on giving a penalty shot changed that was a really bad call since Langs wasn't denied a reasonable scoring opportunity, he basically wasn't denied any of his original scoring opportunity really. The ex-Flyers goalie Niittymaki was pretty solid in that 1st period to keep it scoreless. Devils need to stay out of the penaty box with martin and Oduya out with injuries. Devils731 Posted October 31, 2009 Share Posted October 31, 2009 Fraser is still the guy getting little ice time on defense, makes it a little strange he played over Murphy last game since the ice time this game would indicate the team is more comfortable with Murphy out there.
