Blaming it solely on the coach (although justified in some ways) and not pulling some weeds off the roster only sends a message of "it's never the players" and i think that's the attitude some guys here have. They've gotten let off the hook in the past, but you can't do this now. Absolutely, I agree with you. Half the team deserves a kick in the ass. The thing is, you can't do that - there are decisions to be made, about signings and possible trades. Right now I'm too buys watching the suckfest to calmly analyse this, but let's not worry too much - we'll have plenty of time to think about it! Giroux, great. It just makes it worse...All our young players who have come up in this have accepted this an inevitability (whether they realize it or not) The "veterans" who saw the last cups have not lead the way to show them how to win in the playoffs. Perhaps this is because even they don't know why it worked then and not now because they were the key elements that carried us then.
