So Rolston's contract is a must go. I still think Clarkson could go even though Lou just signed him. I think Zubrus should stay and play with Kovy although he is more than likely gone with his salary. A Salvador and/or Motteau are probably gone. Really hope (and don't think) Elias goes because of this.

Still hoping Lou can get Kaberle somehow.

I dont see us moving elais if not for kovy, then for arnott alone. he finally gets a battery mate he's comforablt with and we're gonna turn around and ship him out? dont see it happening.

i agree, i see zubrus as the more tradeable piece, although i'd rather see him back making the ZZZ [snooze line as i call it]. Ship out disgruntled Langenbrunner to a team looking for leadership from a guy who is in desperate need of a fresh start. Ship out grandpa rolston to a team who needs to get to the cap floor

depending on the deal, and assuming its for the presumed annual cap hit of $5.9 for kovy, moving langenbrunner and salvador to toronto for finger, the putting finger in the minors at the august waivers, should clear enough space to be manageable should we need to make a move during the year

and for the love of god Lou, DO NOT SCREW UP YOUR AWESOME OFF SEASON BY BRINGING BACK MIKE MOTTAU

@Єklund (2.3% accurate) Confirmation. Kings are definitely out of Kovalchuk sweeps... He came back with a big NO. Gagne for Justin Williams looks very possible. 28 minutes ago via Osfoora HD

NICE JOB ASSCLOWN, YOU REALLY NAILED THAT ONE!

Welcome back Kovalchuk! Glad to see him back with the Devils.

Lou is amazing and he got his top player. Parise now next to be signed long term next season. Future of the Devils looking really good and promising with Tedenby, Josefson, Henrique, Corrente, Eckford etc.

It will be interesting to see what players Lou moves in trades to get under the salary cap by October.

I liked ZZZ too.

But I'm one of those who did want to see Langs traded at one point, but he has such a low salary at this point it's not worth it. He knows he's a UFA next year, he might have a great year (on line 2 or 3).

I'm thinking Rolston, Clarkson, and Salvador to TO for Kaberle?
