MantaRay
LGD 5-1 Kovy(3) Tao(1) Vasyunov (1) Sadly, NYR 5-1 Rozival (1) Avery (2), Dubinsky (1), Proust (1). Don't worry, I don't own a Volchenkov jersey, so he's safe. So your Rolston, Parise jersey's are evil? You are just a giant ball of sunshine aren't you? Yeah, things aren't going so well right now, but do you need to take every opportunity to tell us? Just the Manta-curse. SatansDevils
Just WIN Devils....Just fvcking WIN this game in regulation. Its time for a goal explosion and for Kovy to get one tonight. Long overdue. LETS GO DEVILS!!!
CarpathianForest
In defense of Manta the fall from disappointment when you're thoroughly pessimistic is a softer landing. My predicition: Hedberg gets chased from the net. Frazee allows at least two in. Edited November 5, 2010 by CarpathianForest

Chimaira_Devil_#9
6-2 to the Rangers, Avery with all 6. Colin Whites mum with one for the devils and Gionta with a diving backhand spin-o-rama!!!!
CarpathianForest
What makes you say this...I'm guessing you didn't watch the Ranger game last night. Apparently you didn't either. They played Philly last night and Philly ain't 14th in the conference.
MantaRay
What makes you say this...I'm guessing you didn't watch the Ranger game last night. I did actually. Philly is the best team in the league right now, no team can match their defense, special teams and 5-on-5 play. I really hate to make this prediction because I loathe the Rangers, but although they were beaten up physically last night, they have several advantages: Three steady, healthy lines with heart Better Defense Far superior goalie, who is looking for redemption A powerplay. The Devils get too psyched up to play the Rags and press their play. The Devils tonight are going with basically their Albany roster in too many spots, too many question marks on D, an average goalie, and group of forwards looking for a new identity with a head coach who has too many issues with his roster. I am hoping this isn't a blowout.
thelastonealive
Sadly, NYR 4-1 Rozival (1) Avery (2), Dubinsky (1), Proust (1). Your math is off. And what the hell: Devils 5, Rangers 4. Possibly in OT or Shootout. Kovalchuk, Arnott, Elias, Zubrus, Zubrus

Lundquist is phenomenal with his big pads in the shootout
thelastonealive
You gotta be kidding me. If the game gets to a shoot out we'll lose. Lundquist is phenomenal with his big pads in the shootout Shoot high and rattle him. He loses his focus when he gives up bad/a lot of goals. And if we're winning this game, we're going to have to score a lot of goals anyway, because we're giving up at least three.

I hate to defend Lunquist, but he doesn't get "rattled" easy. He is on par with Marty now that his defense is improved and Tort's has the team playing better defense as a unit. Ouch, defending the Rangers....just seems....wrong.

Well aware of where we are in scoring. I'm not saying it's going to be easy or even likely, I'm just saying that if we are going to win, we're going to have to score more than two or three goals to do it, and it's not impossible to do so on Lundqvist. Sickman
Had Brodeur and White not been taken out of the lineup, I would have had some hope for our first winning streak of the year. As it stands now, this is going to be a difficult game to win. But you never know. This is why they play the games. Law of averages. They have to win a home game at some point right?
