I can only assume they could tell it was under Volchenkov's leg and the normal time spent before a whistle for a goalie over a puck against a skater over the puck is different. Sickman Posted December 4, 2010 Share Posted December 4, 2010 (edited) I'm pretty sick and fvcking tired of the officials taking their sweet ass time to blow the dam whistle when the goalie has covered the puck. This entire 2nd period has been played in the Devils zone. Reminds me of the playoff games from last season except the Flyers aren't getting as many pucks to the net. He will get alot of ice time in the 3rd, I would like to see Tedenby put with Kovy and Zajac to see if they can get another one.
