  1. I think it's too early in the season to tell. Wait until the Olympic break and then we can get a more accurate read on who the best player on our team is.

  2. It will probably look something like this to start off:

    ZZ Pops

Elias-Zubrus-Bergfors, This line will last for a little while until Zubrus fizzles out like he did last season.

    Rolston-Nidermayer-Clarkson

    Pandolfo-Pelley-Halischuk

Elias will probably play on the second line PP on the right side with Zubrus in the middle and Bergfors on the left.

  3. Interesting comments about Pikachu (I'll learn to spell his name before October is over) The one game I saw him play in I wasn't too impressed but I guess there's something there that we aren't seeing yet. Lou seems pretty high on him

  4. Parise just got a little bit more dangerous....awesome. I always thought he had an above average shot, he had some nice snipes last year hopefully we see him picking corners even more this season.

  5. Well our defense if just as good if not better(more experience) than last season, that can only be a good thing since we had one of the top rated D's in the league. Our offense probably dropped off a bit but I don't think it will be too significant since Clarkson and Rolston should have better years this time around. Also from the looks of preseason our Power Play should be substantially better which is awesome since it was a joke last year and hopefully our PK is better this year now that we have a full season of Shanny and we get to see what Rolston is all about. I'm not too worried about this season.

  6. Good to hear, I know he's been kind of quiet points wise although I'm to the understanding that he hasn't been receiving much ice time. I'm happy for him though hopefully his confidence is up and he will put up more point and see more ice as a result.
