LOULAM1
http://www.grayeagles.org/video.htm A member of this board sent me this and it's important we recognize our war vets. This is a beautiful little story about a family that loves and respects our country and simply put, we should all be thankful.
point
I consider myself lucky to be able to help vets in my business. A widow of a WWII vet just sent me flowers for taking care of some small gov't filings for her. I just finished some other work for a 'Nam veteran who suffered substance abuse problems for years, but has been straight for some time now. These guys and women deserve all the support we can give them. I have another client, a MD who served in the military, closed up his private practice to go back during Desert Storm. Now he works a couple a weeks every year at clinics in South America. These folks know what service is all about. maltieri
While there are many worthy charities in the world the only one I've ever donated to--and still do regularly, is the Disabled American Veterans (DAV). I regret not having joined the military when I was younger (too old now) and believe we should all think every day about how much we owe our veterans--the whole American way of life is based on their sacrifices.
