Derek21
I did pretty well and had the 10th and final pick. So, I benefited by getting to pick two in a row when it was my turn. Goalies- Theodore, Lalime Centers-Sakic, Koivu, Lecavalier and Gomez Wings-Kovalev, Gagne, Sykora, O'Neill, Heatley, York, Cole and Lundmark Defense-Rafalski, Schneider, Boynton, Brewer, Stevens and Yushkevich Minors-Dunham, Savard, Bates, Dvorak, Nagy and Jason Smith This is for Madd Dog. I had the chance to choose Leetch in Round 4 after selecting Kovalev but instead for some reason, I took Rafalski. My friends kept ragging on me whenever I took a Devil or ex-one. NJayDevil
not a bad team at all. Should have a solid year.
Guest HarbingerOfSorrow
Pretty good team, Kovy. Theodore proved he is the real deal. Sakic is the man at center. Perhaps Koivu can keep up his stellar play for entire season. Kovalev and Gagne are great picks at wing. The D is the only area of weakness. (For FANTASY purposes, Leetch is a better choice than Rafalski.)
NJayDevil
I dont know. Raf gets his fair share of points for Fantasy and I think Raf is a better fantasy player because of this reason: +/-. Leetch's +/- hasn't nearly been as good as Raf's the past couple of years.
Guest HarbingerOfSorrow
Leetch has had some bad +/- over the years. But the +/- is only one category in fantasy hockey. Leetch will pile up more goals, assists, points, power play points, etc.
Yeah, I suck
Sykora is going to have a big year, DON'T TRADE HIM!!!
Derek21
Thanks for the responses. I am going to do the same thing I did with the championship team I had three years ago. Keep it intact and give it a chance because I came away really happy with the team I drafted yesterday. That championship year, I only made a few deals and in each one, I really made smart moves. I feel this team has a lot of balance. One of my only concerns are Lecavalier and Gomez. These two will be forever linked for all those rumors last year. I really need both guys to have better seasons this year.
