Shipping is what the actual cost would be to you so that it is fair. Shipping varies by item as well. Signature confirmation will also be done to protect both parties. This ensures someone at your house recieves the package. 2) -I accept paypal (ONLY if sent as a gift to circumvent the fee or you can pay the fee if you'd like), money order, personal check (it must clear first before I ship), and well conceiled cash.
