devilsrule33
Brodeur wasn't great but made the saves he had too. I was pulling for the empty net goal by him but Whitney had it covered. Gionta missed an easy one. Are offese looked strong. Elias's line and Brylin-Gomez. Our PP though is awful. We have to work on that. We had 4 shots through like 6 pp's. HellOnICE
Was that goal by Pierre deflected by Daneykos stick and rode up?
Yeah, I suck
I was jumping up and down when Brdeur lifted that puck. Then I jumped higher as the buzzer sounded.
devilsrule33
I knew he needed more time to lift it and get more on the shot.

Blackjack
Brian Gionta played great defense and he's developing his offensive game. But I have one HUGE problem. He MUST MUST MUST MUST MUST ICE those open net chances. There's no reason to let Columbus back into the game like that, we could have ended up with 1 point because of that. It's one thing when you have the puck in the defensive end and you just give a quick snapshot to put it away and it misses. But when you have the puck in the offensive end on your forehand with no dmen in between you and the goal there is NO excuse for missing the net. Other than that we played a great game. Mike Danton with his first of many NHL goals.
