can we delete the last like 40 or 41 posts in this thread. i can't believe i wasted my time reading this, you'd think after i read the whole "if we sign staal we win/if the rangers match and they sign him we still win" thing 4 or 5 different times i would have clicked the back button. if GM's were commenting on it then it wouldn't be much of an unwritten rule.

everyone keeps talking about all the pages that are going to accumulate after he signs, when i voted i thought it was: How many pages will the "New Kovalchuk Update" get to before he signs? I didn't figure the post-signing deluge into my selection..

could this mean there's just not been much interest in Kovalchuk? that Grossman is trying to create a bidding war that doesn't exist? he's been trying to hype LA since the draft. here's a tweet from him last week "@PredsOnTheGlass great day. LA big city vibe was a great place to hold the draft. Our players were very happy and some more fun tomorrow!" (predsontheglass is a predator blogger/beat writer for local rag or something)
