I really really like Salvador as the color guy, but damn he needs a little work. He just sounds so nervous talking when his face isn't on camera.

Bad period all around. Hopefully they sharpen up here. Hynes has a few faces he's gotta talk to. Bright spots that I've noticed: Wood and Santini, Severson and Greene. I really like the D pairings. It's looking like Hynes is really liking Will Butcher as well. He's playing with Severson and I think that could be a interesting pair down the line.

That's not me being an old homer either, even if Ray wins 3 cups in the interlude. I do think our first big builder deserves a little historical highlight somewhere. I'm a big history guy and while Lou is history, history is still important.

Lovejoy blew the coverage on that O'Reilly chance in front there. Schneider bailed him out the whole way. Saw the Nico assist, boy, can't help but feel I'm beating a dead horse when I say holy sh!t. He makes our fourth-liners look good. Forreal. He just let O'Reilly go, that's a star forward on the other team.
