Anyone heard anything about Devils interest in this norwegian player? According to a norwegian newspaper he's supposed to be of interest to the Oilers, Lightning and Devils!

He is only 22 years old and last year he played for the swedish elite leauge team Djurgarden. I saw him a few games but I doubt that he can put up those points (50 games 17 goals 19 assists) in the NHL. He has potential though.

Any scouting report on what type of game he plays? Couldn't hurt to give this guy a shot, I don't recall Norway producing a lot of players so maybe he is one of their better ones.

I don't have any info - but if he's going to make the NHL, I don't think he can be 5'11" 185.

Looks like he did well for himself in the QMJHL - he'd have to be drafted as an overage player I think, since he'll only be 22 at the time of the draft. With 17 goals in the SEL I wouldn't mind taking a late-round shot at a guy like this.
