Depends on where you met him, I suppose...

So, tonight's game I did the walkup $10 with my 9-year old brother. We were given Sec. 233, Row 9, Seats 8-9. Fair enough, last row of the arena, but it's an awesome view and you get what you pay for. When we got to our seat however, we discovered that Row 9 of Section 233 only has 8 seats. Has anyone ever been assigned a seat that didn't exist? What would happen if the game had been sold out I wondered. Oh well, I guess since we got to see the game unannoyed was good enough.

Fair enough. I could be wrong, but as long as the tickets are sold, the team is doing fine.

I was there. It was more like 10,000 at best. But hey, 43,000 people went into Newark this weekend for 2 hockey games and indoor soccer. Not bad.

I may go tonight if I can get $10.

You'd have to expand or contract by 2 if you wanted divisional playoffs and a schedule that works.

I think MSG is clearly doing the same thing to Rosen, one of the game's more consistent announcers over the past number of years, and Micheletti, who if nothing else, is a "diet" version of John Davidson cola (Not as good, but still consistently good). I think Rosen's, like Doc's to be fair, voice hasn't gotten better with age. But Doc and Rosen are still very good when it comes to calling the plays. How they do it at 60+ is beyond me. I hope my eyesight and voice is that good at that age.

I think we should play 8 vs. the division teams, and 2 against the other 25. Regardless of whether it's the Devils or LA, you get the big draws of Toronto and Detroit, but you gotta take Atlanta and Florida once home and away.

BUMPED AGAIN. Bought it today. It's VERY, VERY Good. Better than the "Family Guy" film, obviously. About on par with "The Simpsons" but has elements that are better than "The Simpsons". Obviously below the "South Park" movie. It's being called not quite the series best work, but I disagree, and say it's on par with the shows best episodes, that combine clever, complex plot, with scathing, hilarious references and wordplay, and moments that take your heart and stomp on it. Ugh, that stupid dog episode made me cry again. Damn you, Futurama. Damn you. Al Gore, Barbados Slim, Hedonism Bot, Nibbler, Zapp, Kiff, Scruffy, Nixon, Michelle, SantaBot, KwanzaBot all return. Oh, and if you've ever wondered why the world was destroyed while Fry was frozen, this will explain it. Oh, and awesome cliff-hanger for the next movie. Overall, if your a big fan of the series, Welcome Back to the World of Tomorrow!
