DaneykoIsGod
Man, have I missed this guy! This is from TG's blog, talking about taking a puck to the face in his first shift of the game last night: "I don't go down like the rest of them," Holik said. "I just take it and go on."That seemed to be a reference to Andrei Markov's reaction to be struck in the nose with a puck that deflected off Zach Parise's stick in the third period. Markov reacted as if he had been shot. He threw off his helmet and rushed off the ice. http://njmg.typepad.com/devilsblog/2008/12...or-rolston.html

welcometotherock
He had a great reply when asked about Avery that I read on the boards. QUOTE (Troy from NJ @ Dec 7 2008, 01:16 PM) * The 36-year-old Holik is curious to see if his former linemate Claude Lemieux succeeds in his comeback attempt at 43. When asked if the intense Lemieux compares with NHL bad boy Sean Avery, Holik said: "They should not be mentioned in the same sentence, ever. And Sean Avery shouldn't be mentioned, period." RunninWithTheDevil
I felt bad because I started laughing as soon as markov was like "MEH!!" and tossed his gloves off in a fit of pussyness.
