Cal914
Link my personal opinion is he should retire before he does anymore to his fragile body... if vancouver pays heavy in a multi-year contract... they could be in trouble for years to come... if he is still on contract and he cannot play due to injuries... Forsberg... retire you have done so many great things in your years in th NHL... dont hurt yourself too bad for the future... who knows you could coach! Derek21
That would actually be a good fit because they already have half of Team Sweden there with Naslund, the Sedins and Ohlund. Considering that Vancouver's one weakness is lack of offense, if Forsberg works out for them, it could help a lot. It's worth the risk for them because they were a player away from maybe winning it all last year.
Chimaira_Devil_#9
This idea has been hanging around since he decided to leave the Avs, it would be fun to see. If he can stay healthy for an entire season then why not go for it. Even if he cant he still puts up sound numbers 57 games 55 points last season, with 40 of thoes points on the awfull flyers team. Deffinatley worth taking a chance on at the right $$$$.
SatansDevils
Forsberg won't probably be ready until December with the surguries he has had in the off season. Some team will pick him up if he is health and that is a big IF.
stevestevens
3 mil for december to the end of the playoffs would be worth it for any team that can afford it.
