Bratt was raw. He was raw in this season too. I would be happy if some ottavain guy will play in 1st game of the next season or if it would be Smith, but i`m ok if they will play decent role in AHL. Dont see any problem in it. Q Hughes start to play in NHL in 20 years and i think it`s real mark for Hughes jr when he would be ready for NHL in phisical aspects. And i think our young d-men isn`t as talanted as Hughes or Makar and another year of developmen doesnt hurt them.

Mac has two seasons in ahl and season in ohl after draft. And one season of half ahl half nhl. Every young player had a problem with adaptation in NJD who didnt play full season in ahl exept Nico. I dont think that Bahl and Smith or Nikita would be much worser than Muller and co. More important, what will be better for their adequate development. But AHL didnt really pump anyone like Mcleod or Seney or Bastian or The Mighty an Greatest Johnny Q so who cares. Lets give them some time in big club.

Cory was protected for last Vegas draft as I remember. Mac isn’t protected for Seattle’s draft now and I bet he wouldn’t have ntc/nmc for his two years. Management must do something with it.

Nas must try to put hughes and gusev on the same line to pump little boy production. Or put Hughes on a wing with Zajac. May be he can learn something like Gusev. Or Coleman. Or others. Hope Zajac will be one of the coaches in our system one day,

Like Nicomo said Goose was off and i blame zacha and severson there. But in the fact they are worse and havnt so much expirience than Kopitar and doughty in puck possession. They are off too and lose after that when they cant change. I think there werent many opportunity in hands of Goose and Zacha - Nas must pick Zajac(or Nico and Palms) to shot down best kings and give a chance to Zacha and Goose after that.

in overtime players must be more agressive without the puck and have some more endurance. He wasnt look great all OT in our zone. Can i blame him? i don`t think. He has d-man and d-forward zacha and they didnt do something that can help... to change the line at least.

Reason why not smart russians gusev`s fans dont understand why he didnt play more. Because endurance isn`t his bright side.

Goose changes in not a right time. He did it before in our OT lose. beside that good game for him.

We all can be adequate and wait 3rd line production from 3rd line center, or many raw plays from young raw small player, but we are where we are.

It`s a team problem. Zacha must be solid 3rd line player with solid 3rd line production. 7th in production. With Hughes and Nico his place is where he is. He play better in forecheck and on board, would be good if he will score more. He still have place to grow, and good for him he is still young for 3rd line defense forward and has pretty good contract for his production. Hughes will be fine. As fine as our managment find better coach and productive experienced scoring winger. Or Fitz can stay with nas, sign simmonds(or someone like that) on 3 year contract and give to hughes all great opportunities of playing with Wayne corpse(or someone like that) and smarty Woodsy. And wait for a miracle.
